Delivery options
We offer multiple delivery services to suit your needs:
- Collect in Store (free)
- Royal Mail 2nd Class (UK only, free for orders £30+)
- DHL Next Day Delivery (UK)
- DHL Express (Europe & International)
Delivery method and pricing depend on the destination and weight of the items ordered.DHL Globalmail
Estimated delivery times:
UK
- Royal Mail: 3–7 working days
- DHL Next Day: next working day (if ordered before 12pm Mon–Fri), up to 48h for remote areas
Collect in Store
- Order before 12pm (Mon–Fri): ready the next working day
- Orders after 12pm Friday or on weekends: available from Monday after 12pm
Europe
- DHL Globalmail: 3–6 working days
- DHL Express: 2–5 working days
Rest of the World
- DHL Globalmail: 6–12 working days
- DHL Express: 2–5 working days
Note: Some services may not include tracking. All DHL options are tracked.
During peak periods (e.g. Christmas or bank holidays), processing and delivery may take longer.
Some items are dispatched separately:
- Custom prints
- Custom clothing
- Homeware
- Bags & posters
This means you may receive separate parcels for a single order. Delivery is only charged once, regardless of how many shipments.

Returns & exchanges
If you’re unhappy with your purchase or it arrived damaged:
- UK: return within 14 working days
- International: return within 30 days
- Items must be: unused, unopened, in original packaging, with the delivery note
Please note returns are at your own cost, and we recommend using tracked/recorded delivery.
Non-refundable items:
- Print-on-demands posters (made to order)
- Earrings, unless they are damaged (for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item — for example, for a different size or colour — please clearly indicate the desired variation in your note. We can only accept exchanges for clothing that is unworn and in its original condition.
You may also return/exchange your order in person at the Globe Shop. Please contact us first at +44 0207 902 1588.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase:
- We’ll issue a replacement or refund
- Items damaged from wear and tear are not considered fault
Return it to the returns address above, including a note explaining the issue.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- You must fill out a customs declaration marking the parcel as “Returned Goods”
- We will not pay customs duties on returned items
- Duties and sales taxes from the original order are not refunde
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds go to the original payment method used
- If an item was faulty or incorrectly supplied, shipping will also be refunded
- If you fail to return an item, the Globe Shop may deduct the cost of recovery from your refund
