Royal Mail have stopped asking for signatures when delivering parcels to customers. In cases where a parcel does not fit through a letterbox, Your parcel will be left at the door, and the deliverer will step aside after knocking to ensure there is a safe distance while you retrieve your parcel.

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. Book boxes are dispatched during the first week of each month.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

Yes. You can send orders to another person and to an alternate delivery address. If you are sending an order to an alternate name and address, the invoice will be sent to the original billing address. You will be able to enter all these details at the checkout stage of your order. We are also happy to send items to work addresses.

UK orders are delivered within 3–6 working days
We will make every effort to dispatch goods within two working days and hope to deliver to UK addresses within seven days of receipt of your order, provided the goods are in stock. If you place your order on a bank holiday or weekend, we will process your order the next working day. However, during peak periods this may take longer for example Christmas.
Europe and Rest of World deliveries are sent by Air Mail and can normally be expected to arrive within 7-12 days.

We do our best to keep delivery costs as low as possible. Our postage costs are worked out for each individual order depending on the weight and final destination of the items. Due to hygiene reasons, we can only offer a refund on earrings if they have arrived with you damaged. We are happy to exchange t-shirts for alternate sizes as long as the t-shirt is returned to us in its original condition and with its packaging undamaged. We try our best to have as many of the products from our shop available to buy online, however it is not always possible to show every item. Some items are too large or delicate to post. If you would like to call us on 0207 902 1588 (Mon – Fri 9-5) we will happily advise you on the items you are looking for and if possible take the order over the phone.
