Christmas Delivery Dates for Delivery Before December 25, 2023

Christmas returns
For items purchased from October 15th, 2023 there is an extended returns window. Please ensure unwanted items are returned by January 31st, 2024 in their original packaging, clothing unworn, in saleable condition for a full refund. Items will be refunded to the original payment method and must have an order number and name included for refund.
We offer delivery via Royal Mail (UK) and DHL Express and Globalmail (Europe and Rest of World)
For items shipped using Royal Mail we aim to deliver shop products within: 
UK – 1-2 weeks
Europe – 2-4 weeks
Rest of world – 2-4 weeks
Please note that custom prints, custom print clothing, homeware, bags and posters are dispatched separately to the rest of your order. This means that if you order these items alongside other shop products, they won’t all arrive together, and you’ll get several deliveries. This service is not tracked.
For items shipped using DHL Globalmail we aim to deliver shop products within:
Europe – 3 - 6 working days
Rest of world – 6 - 12 working days
For items shipped using DHL Express Worldwide we aim to deliver shop products within:
International - 2 - 3 days
DHL services are tracked.
Please note that custom prints, custom print clothing, homeware, bags and posters are dispatched separately to the rest of your order. This means that if you order these items alongside other shop products, they won’t all arrive together, and you’ll get several deliveries. 
Customers in the EU receiving shipments may be liable to pay import duty and local tax charges on all parcels. These charges will be applied at the destination by the courier and must be paid before delivery. If these charges are not paid the parcel will get returned to the Globe Shop and the goods will be refunded. Please note that as customs policies vary widely from country to country, we’d advise you to contact your local customs office for information.
Orders £50 and over to the UK are free.
Delivery charges (charges are based on the total weight of goods ordered.) 

Customs duties and import taxes for your order may vary from country to country. You are responsible for these charges and they are not included in shipping costs.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail services and are charged at cost. We are trying to be environmentally conscious, and often use recycled packaging.

We will make every effort to dispatch goods within two working days, and hope to deliver to UK addresses within seven days of receipt of your order, provided the goods are in stock. If you place your order on a bank holiday or weekend, we will process your order the next working day. However, during peak periods this may take longer, for example Christmas and other public holidays.

Part Deliveries

If you have ordered more than one item, from time to time we may have to deliver your order in separate shipments. Regardless of the number of deliveries you receive, you'll only be charged the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you placed your order. All delivery charges will be charged to you on the first order/delivery, any dispatch of a parcel thereafter to complete your order will be free of charge.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, or it is damaged in transit, please notify us within fourteen (14) working days of receiving your goods, and return it to us at the address below, in its original condition, unused, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and accompanied by the original delivery note and we will issue you a full refund or replace it.

Items delivered to an overseas address must be returned within 30 days of the cancellation date, unused, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and accompanied by the original delivery note.

Goods must be returned at your own cost and we would recommend that you return the goods by recorded delivery. We can only accept the return, and refund opened items if they are faulty.

Please note: this does not extend to print on demand posters which are printed to order and cannot be returned unless faulty. Due to hygiene reasons we can only offer a refund on earrings if they have arrived with you damaged. We are happy to exchange clothing for alternate sizes as long as the item is returned to us unworn and in its original condition.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

Package your return items

Wherever possible, please return the items in their original (or similarly robust) packaging. Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you ask your Post Office for a proof of posting (available free of charge). This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Return your goods in person to the Globe Shop 

You may also exchange or return an online order in person to the Globe Shop.
Please contact us on +44 0207 902 1588 and let us know that you would like to exchange or return an item in store.


If you require a different colour or size of an item, please return the original item to the address above with a note stating the new colour or size you require.


International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the UK. If you are returning anything to us from outside the UK you must complete a customs declaration, correctly indicating that the package contains “returned goods” or similar. We will not pay customs duty in order to receive back the returned item(s).


Please note: items excluded from this policy are Print on Demand posters and our range of earrings. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please return the item to us and we will offer a replacement or refund immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or when a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.


Payment is taken from your card once your order is placed and you have received your email confirmation.

Any refunds granted will be credited to the payment method used at the time of order processing. Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund or replacement(s), whichever is requested and depending upon availability.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. A refund will be issued for postage paid only when the item is found to be defective or incorrectly supplied from the original order. If you fail to return goods at your expense, the Globe Shop reserves the right to charge the direct costs for their recovery and may offset that amount against any refund due.
