We have 10 of these small panels and this one is the coat of arms of Sir Charles Blount. Charles Blount, 1st Earl of Devonshire, (1563 – 1606), was an English nobleman and soldier who served as Lord Deputy of Ireland under Elizabeth I.
The panel measures approximately 340 mm x 215 mm x 25 mm.
